all you do is do campaign and do quarintined zone on legendary. once you start, turn around and there should be a cave. go in it. keep going untill you see the battlefield. go to the other side of the battlefield (so keep going straight ahead) and you will see a rail thing. go up it and follow it to the end. there will be a skull floating. hold "X" to pick it up. Now save & quit.
The skull makes melee and grenades do much more damage
its fun to get a rocket launcher and keep hitting the aliens with it
